Olive Tree Catering

The story of the Olive Tree starts with our family of owners - four siblings who grew up in a region of the world known for hospitality. Our father was in government service and the family entertained guests frequently. Our mother, Alice, was a wonderful cook and hostess. The entire family participated in the process of entertaining guests. If a stranger were to knock on your door, would you graciously invite them in and offer food and drink without even knowing their name? This is genuine hospitality. 

What sets the Olive Tree apart is our Chef-Driven Philosophy. In the spirit of our heritage, the Olive Tree is part of a family-owned culinary-collaborative: including our sister-bakery Bagatelle, and sister-restaurant Two Olives. We work together to ensure everything is truly made from scratch: we mill our own spices, grind our own meat, dry our own herbs, make our own dressings, craft our own desserts, and bake our own breads. Our carefully sourced ingredients hail from a variety of our chef’s favorite producers, including but not limited to special imports from foreign countries and our favorite local farmers.

For weddings, corporate events, and private parties that require full-service catering, we offer award-winning culinary services, genuine hospitality, and skilled bartending. We also provide expert event planning to ensure every aspect of your celebration is covered, including menu-planning, staging, technology, décor, linen, floral arrangements, and much more. 

For smaller gatherings, we offer express, drop-off catering for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or dessert. We provide a full menu of trays from our deli and bakery, as well as boxed lunches, desserts, and cuisine from our sister restaurant, Two Olives. Express catering is perfect for gatherings that do not require full-service can be coordinated quickly for delivery or pickup. 

Celebrating by sharing a meal is our most communal and binding tradition, as the smell of food is so powerful that it can bring old memories and events to mind. We believe that our most valuable possession are memories of special moments, and if we do not celebrate special moments, they can pass us by. From full-service events to intimate gatherings, our team will handle every detail so you can feel like a guest at your own celebration.
