In 2017 Blue Plate moved into its custom designed 80KSF facility which houses our offices, entertaining spaces, tasting kitchen and a 20KSF state-of-the art commissary that was recently awarded USDA and FDA certification. Our culinary team is devoted to bringing creative, sustainable and beautiful menus that match the city's most acclaimed restaurants. Blue Plate was the first Chicago caterer to earn the Green Restaurant Certification.
