With fresh ingredients, innovative menus, and attention to detail, we have established ourselves as a perennial favorite when it comes to special events. Now a tasteful tradition, Rosemary’s has become a destination for stand-out cuisine that puts the spotlight on fine dining, creative settings, and gracious hospitality. Established by founder Rosemary Kowalski, and continued today by two successive generations of culinary and event professionals, Rosemary’s has grown to serve thousands of events annually by making each one truly extraordinary – whether a formal gala, a casual corporate retreat, an intimate garden wedding, or high-volume dining program. 

Rosemary’s Catering is part of The RK Group, a family of specialized event service companies capable of delivering comprehensive expertise for events of every size and style, which is continuing to expand service offerings across the country. Together, with its affiliate companies, we are truly a one stop shop. Our event services include Illusions Rentals and Design. Flair Floral, The RKD Studio, and Circa DMC which allow us to offer a fully coordinated event experience.  Rosemary’s Catering also has a modern fleet of mobile culinary and event support assets, including mobile commercial kitchens and dishwashing trailers, mobile restrooms & showers, portable generators, and temporary structures which permit our event professionals to transform virtually any location into a well-equipped event venue for a special event or in support of disaster response. 

We are the exclusive or preferred caterer at several venues in South Texas. Our long-standing partnerships also include multi-year contracts with municipal, state, and federal agencies across the country. We provide corporate dining services and turnkey F&B programs for a select group of companies and hotels.
