Elegant Affairs, is a full service off- premise caterer, serving social, corporate, and non-profit organizations in Manhattan, Long Island, and the Hamptons. Our menus consist of an array of seasonal cuisine that is impressive to the eye, as well as, the palate.

Elegant Affairs has been in business for over two decades serving delicious meals to some of the world’s most discriminating palates. Some of our clients include Kevin Costner, Mariah Carey, Jimmy Fallon, Nick Cannon, Hillary Clinton, Billy Joel, Russell Simmons, Ivana Trump, Gucci, Versace, HBO, Google, American Express, Urban Daddy, Amazon and the American Heart Association. Elegant Affairs has been featured on VH1’s The Fabulous Life, Real Housewives of New York City, Fox & Friends, Good Day New York and Martha Stewart Living Radio.

Elegant Affairs main hub resides in an 8,000 square foot facility and produces over 600 events per year with Andrea Correale as the creative leader. After receiving her degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management at NYIT, Andrea Correale created Elegant Affairs, a full service off-premise catering and event planning firm in New York. Her motivation and passion is to inspire people to entertain at home with style and ease. Andrea is considered a lifestyle and entertaining expert for L’Oréal Paris Academy, Ehow.com, Sam’s Club, Celebrations.com (a subsidiary of 1-800 Flowers) , Lenox China, and OK TV. She is sought out to demonstrate her innovative food presentations in the media. Andrea’s television features include programs on Bravo, VH1, MTV, FOX, CBS, NBC, News 12 Long Island and HGTV. Andrea is also a columnist and contributor for Hamptons Magazine, 25A Magazine, and Social Life Magazine.

Elegant Affairs continues to expand its entertaining influence across the board by catering; New York City corporate events, Hampton’s beach parties, Long Island mansion weddings, North Fork vineyard weddings, Bar & Bat mitzvahs and a large array of catered events designed for the home party or corporate cocktail gathering.
