As our chef prepares the Blazing Donuts, a four-foot wall of donuts set entices guests to the table. Our couples add spiced rum and butter to tip-off the first flambé of the night, and with a slight tilt of the pan, guests are met with close-up flames and freshly-flambéed dessert.
To match the rustic atmosphere of our historic barn venue, mason jars are the chosen vessel used by our guests to enjoy Blazing Donuts. Guests now have the option of topping their final course, the warm caramelized donuts, with fresh, local vanilla ice cream, local berries from Lyman Orchards, house made spiced nuts, and everyone’s favorite sundae toppings!
