The Avanti Mansion is a beautiful, 27 acres private estate located in Western New York. Built in 1892, the original 19th century summer home has a unique blend of old southern charm and modern innovation. With the addition of large indoor venues we are able to provide 3 completely unique venues on property. The intimate, private venues, natural outdoor spaces, old world beauty, and surrounding woodlands make it the perfect choice to host your wedding or special event.

Ballroom Venue: this is our largest indoor venue on our property featuring 20 ft ceilings and a neutral color palette to accommodate any theming and decor. This venue holds two ceremony options for weddings; Ballroom Garden is the outdoor option on a tiered hillside with flower beds, or inside the Ballroom. The Ballroom is full loaded with a fully functioning 18+ foot granite bar and a connected outdoor patio bar for a true indoor/outdoor event. Built into the flooring and barrel ceiling is specialty lighting throughout the room. Up the grand staircase you'll find we also accommodate a luxury bridal suite for weddings and additional photo opportunities that feature a mini bar, large lounge ottoman, seating areas, private bathroom, and service.
Library Venue: this is our intimate indoor venue on our property featuring 20 ft ceilings and a darker color palette with a 15+ foot marble fireplace as a focal piece. Typically smaller events and indoor ceremonies are performed in this space. The Library holds two ceremony options for weddings; the Library Courtyard is the outdoor secret garden privately surrounded by greenery, or inside the Library in front of the fireplace. The Library has an adjacent alcove room connected for additional cozy seating and another fireplace. Upstairs we also accomodate luxury bridal suites for weddings and additional photo opportunities that feature a mini bar, large lounge ottoman, seating areas, private bathroom, and service. This venue features a sweetheart double staircase as well.
Garden Venue: this is our original historic venue what was recently completely redone in 2019. It's the only private outdoor venue in Buffalo sitting on 8 acres. The main party and event space takes place underneath our 120 ft clear-span white tent with an adjacent building holding full indoor bathroom facilities. The Garden holds two ceremony options for weddings; the Japanese Garden is the outdoor hillside terrace seating with a pond and island to get married on. A secondary option is our beautiful white Pergola Garden closer to the tent. For your event in the Garden venue, you have access to the historic Mansion on property which features 5 bedrooms for overnight accommodations, high end kitchen, additional seating areas for guests to wander, and a large luxury bridal suite for weddings. The bridal suite is equipped with a full makeup bar, beverage mini bar, seating areas, private bathroom, and service.
