With Taste Catering’s central location in Millbrae and a 19,000 square-foot facility that includes an exceptionally well-equipped commissary kitchen, Taste Catering is well-positioned to serve the immediate needs of the broader Bay Area community. Rather than creating beautiful, fully serviced events throughout the Bay Area, Taste Catering now intends to singularly focus on creating delicious, healthy meal packages that can be picked up at various distribution points in the city. Taste Catering is equipped to produce as many as 10,000 - 15,000 meals a day via its 24 hour facility. Taste Catering began production on March 25th, rolling out 1,000 meals that were picked up by Copia, Taste Catering’s technology forward delivery partner.
Copia has immediate and serviceable connections to over 300 organizations in the Bay Area with Taste Catering leveraging this technology to understand community needs in real time and service these food needs immediately. Organizations not already connected to Copia can onboard via their website.
