Drop-offs- Hot and cold foods are prepared in the catering commissary and delivered to the party site.  No service staff is provided.
Limited Service- Hot and cold foods are prepared in the catering commissary and delivered to the party site. Limited service is provided for set-up, service and clean up.  
Full  Service- Hot and cold foods are prepared in the catering commissary and delivered to the party site. Some of the hot foods may be reheated, but there is no on-site cooking. A full service staff is provided to set-up, serve and clean up.
Gourmet Catering- Hot and cold foods are prepared at the catering commissary and cooked to order at the party site. A full service staff is provided to set-up, cook, serve and clean-up the event.
Full Bar Service-  In those stated where caterers are licensed to sell alcoholic beverages, the caterer provides all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as the glasses, ice, physical bar(s) and bartender(s).
